The DMAX Leadership Forum (formerly Executive Networking Roundtable) was launched in 2018 as as a way to bring together student leaders and corporate leaders to discuss mental health initiatives in the workplace.

Grounded in the inclusive dynamic of DMAX Clubs, participants share their own mental health stories and explore how companies can become “employers of choice” for DMAX Club leaders after they graduate.

This virtual event serves as an intergenerational think-tank that allows young adults to alert corporate leaders to the workplace needs and norms of recent graduates, while in turn, employers can offer mentoring and career advice to new professionals.

This VIP event is reserved for DMAX Club Executive Board members and DMAX Foundation Mission Partners.
